I offer counseling and support to military families and their children. Issues addressed include repeat deployment, parents in combat zones, military youth, the parent left at home and fears and hopes. I provide coping mechanisms and communication skills to rebuild resilience and manage stress and emotional reactions to stabilize and strengthen family bonds.
