Experience

Infant and Child-Family Therapy

Early childhood intervention gives families the tools to build parent-child trust, security, and bonding.

Preteen and Teen Therapy

In working with teenagers to build rapport and trust, they learn to recognize triggers and differentiate between reality, imagination, and how to embrace their power.

Individual Therapy

In meeting with specialists, adults will build internal changes that will be reflected in healthier personal and interpersonal relationships.

Military Families and Children

I offer counseling and support to military families and their children. Issues addressed include repeat deployment, parents in combat zones, military youth, the parent left at home and fears and hopes.

Group Therapy and Workshops

I lead groups and workshops for schools, organizations, parents, infants, toddlers, teenagers and adults in transition. In these groups and workshops we discuss issues that include educational concerns, child development, early childhood treatment, life transitions, child-parent relationships, and crisis-intervention using interventions and direct strategies.
